Digital photography has opened a whole new world for me. It has freed me from restrictions to experimenting risk-free with new and different compositions. It also has helped me to have a completely new appreciation of the world all around me. The fact that anyone would be interested in viewing and using any of my photos is still amazing and exciting to me. I hope you enjoy my photos!

I seldom do searches for specific images but had an actual need to do one just when this new feature was announced. I used it and was able to find an image that met a friend's needs much faster than I would have the original way. The friend had searched on another microstock site and not only found a much better image on DT but was very impressed to see this new feature. Great stuff! posted in New feature: Dynamic Search
I wonder if it might help to require a certain number of bad keywords be identified before it is accepted for review. In order to suggest keywords, 10 new and appropriate words must be added. Why not require 3 or more keywords be flagged as spam before it is accepted for review? If an image has 20 good keywords and one questionable keyword, the contributor obviously isn't trying to spam the image.
I don't think the intent is to catch every single inappropriate keyword (as desirable as that it might be) but to control those who blatantly abuse the system. My experience has been any of my images that have been flagged has been for just one word among 20 - 25 other good ones. The flagger can still leave a comment and let the contributor know that this is a questionable keyword if it is obvious. That is what I have occasionally done rather than actually using the system to flag spam. posted in Flagging policy update - flag comments
